Yay!!! Finally got the text book today! so no more borrowing from the library and annoyed friends!! looks like i can definitely get my snout stuck into it now! web page here we come

Okie Dokie so this is pretty much what i have done so far… Its the draft + the background image for my web page I’m quite happy with it aesthetically but it still needs a lot of work But i have to go and play soccer now…….so i might play with it a bit more tomorrow! ciao!

Lighty…….anyone???

Soooooooo i have completed my draft for my web page. I tried to portray the feeling of Pyramid rock… It was very overcast and rained when we were there….so ive popped one of my pics of a thunder storm at home as my background image, and darkened it up in photoshop. I traced the Pyramid Rock logo and changed it to my own colours etc…

I also scanned in a pattern and added it too my background, and then just played around with it all until it fell into place… i think it looks alright and definitely has the feeling and atmosphere of the Pyramid Rock festival…

Now just have to source the logos for each band to use in my lineup!

What fun!!

Off to the lighty now! yay! «<thats more fun!

I found another music festival GROOVIN&#8217; THE MOO, and the web page for this festival is really quite cool. I like the scratchy kind of colour and the fonts used. It really suits the festival and i hope i can do this kind of this with my web page.

So im still struggling along with this HTML mumbo jumbo….all the codes and things are quite confusing <em> it’s making me cranky!!! </em>

oh well I must persist, and i guess in a way its kind of interesting how a web site comes together….

Began.. well kind of, started my HTML today in the tute with the help of the sheet Geoff gave us. Am yet to buy the text book, but hopefully i will get it in the next week or so..being a poor uni student is not amazing!! As soon as my K-Rudd mulah comes through i will get it!
